Every week I phone screen anywhere from 40 - 50 cleared candidates. There aren't are too many recruiters speaking with more cleared folks on a regular basis. This volume of calls with highly skilled technical and program support cleared professionals gives me a unique insight into this very special and elusive talent community. Prior to opening STEM Solutions, I ran business operations for a 300 person government contracting company. This experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the hiring and operational needs of small and midsized government contractors.
